PeTA have an excellent database page that allows you to see what and what isn't tested on animals and so allowing you the control on what you purchase ethically!
It can be, at the best of times, a minefield when trying to find out who isn't testing and who his attempting to use loopholes and so appearing as if they don't test when they do!
